Office Owner onboarding

The four-part wizard that sets up your company, your profile, your locations, and your first invites.

When you first sign up as an Office Owner, you go through a short guided wizard. The steps run in order, but anything you enter here can be edited later from the admin pages.

1. Office details#

The basics about your firm: name, NIF, head-office address, city, phone, and contact email. This is the company record that every project, client, and employee on your account belongs to.

2. Your profile#

Your own profile — full name, role/position, address, NIF. This is kept separate from the office record so your contributions are tracked individually (for example, which employee created a stage-log entry).

3. Locations#

Add each branch of your firm. A location has a name, address, and zip code. Every project needs to be assigned to a location, so add at least one. If you have multiple offices, you can come back later to add the rest.

4. Invite employees#

You can optionally invite employees from inside the wizard. For each invite, you enter an email and the system generates a 6-character link code, valid for 7 days. Share the code with the employee, and they'll redeem it on their first login.

After the wizard#

Once you finish, you land on the home dashboard. There you'll see KPI cards (project count, overdue projects, upcoming events, team workload), recent activity, your project pipeline, and any account-level alerts.

Your trial starts on this day. From here you can configure project types, add clients, and create your first project right away — no payment method needed to start.
