Office Owner onboarding

The four-part wizard that sets up your company, your profile, your locations, and your first invites.

On first sign-up as an Office Owner you go through a guided wizard. You can't skip steps, but every value you enter can be edited later from the admin pages.

1. Office details#

Capture the basics about your firm: name, NIF, head-office address, city, phone, and contact email. This is the company entity that owns every project, client, and employee on your account.

2. Your profile#

Your own profile — full name, role/position, address, NIF. This is separate from the office record so that your contributions are tracked individually (e.g. which employee created a stage log entry).

3. Locations#

Add each branch of your firm. A location has a name, address, and zip code. Every project must be assigned to a location, so create at least one. Multi-office firms can come back later to add more.

4. Invite employees#

Optionally invite employees from inside the wizard. For each one you enter an email; the system generates a 6-character link code that's valid for 7 days. Share that code with the employee — they'll redeem it on their first login.

After the wizard#

When you finish, you're routed to the home dashboard. You'll see KPI cards (project count, overdue projects, upcoming events, team workload), recent activity, your project pipeline, and any account-level alerts.

Your trial starts on this day. You can configure project types, add clients, and create your first project right away — no payment method required to begin.
