These terms govern your use of the Vellum Architecture marketing website. Use of the Vellum application itself is governed by the subscription agreement you accept when you create an account.
Use of this website
You may browse this website for information about Vellum Architecture. Don't misuse it — no attempts to disrupt the service, access it by unauthorised means, or scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others.
The service
Vellum Architecture is a subscription software product for architecture firms. Descriptions and pricing on this site are for information; the binding terms, plan limits, and prices are those presented at checkout and in your subscription agreement.
Trials and billing
The Free plan is free and never expires. The Core and Professional plans come with a 14-day free trial, which starts when you create your account on one of them and needs no payment method.
If the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace is blocked until the account owner subscribes to a plan or switches to Free. Switching to Free requires having up to 3 projects and removes employees from the team; no data is deleted.
Billing happens inside the application, through Stripe, under the subscription agreement. Prices are final; no VAT is charged (exempt under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code, CIVA). Prices shown here may change.
Intellectual property
The Vellum Architecture name, logo, site content, and software are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing here grants you a right to use them beyond viewing this website.
No warranty
This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vellum Architecture is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
