The three tiers
Vellum has a free plan and two paid plans, Core and Professional, billed per seat through Stripe. The right plan depends on your team size, storage, whether you need the client portal and whether you have more than one office.
- Free — €0, forever. One person, three projects, 3 GB.
- Core — per seat, per month. For solo architects and small studios.
- Professional — per seat, per month. For growing and multi-office firms.
A seat is every member of the team — the owner and each employee you add — and the subscription follows your team size automatically. Current monthly and annual prices are on the Pricing page, along with what you save by paying annually. Prices are final: no VAT is charged (exempt under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code).

Which one is right for you?
Choose Free to manage up to three projects on your own (concluded ones count too), with 3 GB of storage, two custom project types and the Pipeline statistics. It never expires and needs no card.
Choose Core if you're a solo architect or a small studio with one office. It includes unlimited projects, 25 GB per seat, five custom project types, the client portal and the Overview, Delivery and Project Types statistics. Support responds within 48 hours.
Choose Professional if your firm is growing or has more than one office. It includes 100 GB per seat, unlimited project types, unlimited offices, the client portal, every statistics tab (including Stage Duration and Offices), change history and support that responds within 24 hours.
