Core, Professional, and Business — what each unlocks.
The three tiers#
Vellum has three plan tiers. All three are self-serve through Stripe, and the right tier depends on your team size, how much you store, and which analytics and audit features you need.
- Core — €64/month. For solo or duo architects (1–2 users).
- Professional — €184/month. For small practices (up to 7 users).
- Business — €32 per seat/month. For firms of any size (8+ seats, no upper limit).
Core and Professional are flat per-firm prices; Business is priced per seat with a minimum of 8. Annual billing comes with a discount on every tier (see the pricing page on the home site for the current annual price).

Which one is right for you?#
Pick Core if you're a solo or two-person practice. You get unlimited projects, 50 GB of pooled storage, five custom project types, and the basic analytics tabs (Pipeline, Delivery, Project Types). Support runs on a 48-hour response time.
Pick Professional if you're a small practice with up to seven users. You get 500 GB of pooled storage, unlimited custom project types, the full analytics suite (every tab except Offices), and a 24-hour support response time. This is the sweet spot for most studios.
Business is for firms with eight or more seats — no upper limit. It adds multi-location, audit logs, the Offices analytics tab, custom exports, the upcoming branded client portal, and 24-hour priority support for firms with 25+ seats. Storage scales with seats: 2 TB plus 50 GB per seat.
