Storage & limits
Storage shared per seat, project and user limits on each plan, extra 50 GB storage packs, and what happens when you reach a limit.
File storage
Storage is shared by the whole team and counts every file uploaded to your projects.
Limits per plan:
- Free — 3 GB.
- Core — 25 GB per seat (a team of 4 gets 100 GB).
- Professional — 100 GB per seat.
Users & projects
Paid plans have no seat limit — the subscription follows your team. Free is for one person:
- Free — 1 user, 3 projects, 1 office.
- Core — per seat. Unlimited projects, 1 office.
- Professional — per seat. Unlimited projects and offices.
On Free, concluded projects also count towards the limit of 3. On paid plans, concluded projects stay accessible like any other.
What happens when you hit a limit
When you hit a limit:
- Storage. New uploads are blocked — nothing is charged per GB. Free up space, change plan or, on Core and Professional, ask the owner to add 50 GB packs on the billing page.
- Seats. Adding an employee adds a seat to the subscription.
- Custom project types. Free allows 2 and Core 5; Professional has no limit.
No limit deletes data — you just can't add more until you change plan or free up space.
